NPC is a public shareholding company incorporated in Jordan on June 21, 1995 with an authorized capital of JD (15.000.000).It has been merged with of Petra Drilling Company on November 1, 2001. The Jordan Government is the majority shareholder. The main objective of NPC is to explore for oil and gas in addition to other related activities.
